## Local devnet

When UNSTOPPABLE_DEVNET_ENABLED=true, use /devnet for the local dashboard and /api/unstoppable/v1 for capabilities, API keys, signed launch submission, status and evidence. The local RPC is http://127.0.0.1:9545 on chain 4663.

A local key is an opaque credential. Keep it private, send it only as an Authorization bearer token, and never print it in logs. A key does not sign or broadcast from the user's wallet.

## Safety boundary

A launch record proves provenance for the exact source and transaction. It does not prove safety, liquidity, tradability or future value. Reconcile a pending or unknown transaction before another send.

Compatibility payloads and onchain records retain their original programmable.* schemas and Programmable* contract identifiers. Treat those strings as protocol identifiers, not product branding.
